You agree that information submitted to RidersThread, including your name, mobile number, profile information, photograph and other information required for your account or participation in rides, must be true, accurate, current, complete and not misleading.

False, fraudulent or materially incomplete information
If we reasonably determine that a rider has intentionally provided false, fabricated, misleading or materially incomplete information, impersonated another person, or otherwise attempted to misrepresent their identity or eligibility to use RidersThread, we may suspend or permanently terminate the account and restrict the individual from creating or accessing another RidersThread account.
Where appropriate, information reasonably necessary to enforce such restrictions, prevent fraud, protect users, resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations may be retained for the period permitted or required by applicable law.
This provision does not prevent a genuine user from correcting an inadvertent error or updating legitimate information.
